This was an absolute disappointment. The advertised flowers vs the received flowers were nothing alike, as they also weren't worth the value of the purchase price. Yes, I understand I selected the options of substitutions are okay, but the substitutions did not equate to the value of the money spent. The bouquet received was so disappointing. I also understand I emailed them past the "2-day return/refund" policy, but as working 13 hour shifts as a nurse in an ICU, I did not have the time or opportunity to take photos and right up and email until my next day off. The response I received was that their assessment of the flowers was that the substitutions were selected, and that extra flowers were even included. Which I find incorrect because the bouquet was nowhere near full. DO NOT order from here.

Flower Delivery Austin Same Day Florist is an outstanding service that I have used multiple times and they have never once let me down. The arrangements are absolutely stunning, beautifully crafted, and always arrive looking incredibly fresh and vibrant. The same day delivery is reliable and punctual, which is a lifesaver when you need to surprise someone on short notice. The ordering process is straightforward and the team is communicative and helpful throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend this florist enough to anyone in Austin looking for a reliable and talented flower delivery service for any occasion.

Terrible experience overall. I typically don’t write bad reviews but the product and customer service were awful. Didn’t delivery my flowers till after 7:30 PM. No communication until after the delivery was made. Claimed they delivered the flowers at 5:30 PM, which was not true. I’ve attached a time stamped photo which shows no delivery time, only a date, and a text message after 7:30 PM. Rather than apologizing to me they continued to gaslight me on my birthday. To make matters worse, the flowers look empty and not like the photos shown on their website. Definitely not worth the $75. Really unfortunate that I have to write this, but I want to warn others so they can avoid this on what’s supposed to be a special day/occasion.

My girl is very happy of the flowers I sent from Flowers Delivery Austin . She said that the whole staff at Austin Area OnGyn love the flowers (Bursts of Autumn) and stated they look very beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

Awful service. I ordered a Cotton Candy arrangement and they sent me something completely different from the picture on the website. I asked for no substitutions, but they didn't even notify me they did substitute the Chrysanthemums. I asked for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to ask the girl I sent the flowers to as a birthday gift to go to the store and return them!! They replied that I didn't ask for the premium version, but then they should put the real picture of what they are selling as standard. UPDATE: I reported this store to BBB. BBB is trying to reach the Flower store but the store doesn't reply to any email. Flower Delivery Austin claims the arrangement looked different from other angles, but it didn't. They should post real pictures of what they are selling. They wanted me to ask the person I sent this as a gift to go to the store and ask for a refund, of course, that was inappropriate. I don't live in Austin, otherwise I would have gone myself to ask for a refund.
